How is my dog cared for?
Your dog is treated as one of our family from the moment they arrive at Wag 'N Train Express. They have access to all the comforts of home and are lovingly cared for during their stay. They received plenty of exercise and most dogs leave wanting to come back!

What if I am late picking up my dog?
We understand that schedules can change at a moments notice. Just let us know when you can pick up your dog and your rate will be adjusted accordingly.

Do you provide pick up/drop off service?
Yes! We will pick up and/or drop off your dog to you for an additional fee.

What does my dog eat while boarding?
All meals and treats are provided by you. For those dogs who like a little something extra, homemade 100% natural treats can be provided for an additional fee.

Do you have insurance?
Yes! I am insured to cover your dog while he is under our care.

What if my dog gets sick while in your care?
I am St John Ambulance Pet First Aid certified and always carry a cell phone and first aid kit for any medical emergency that may arise. I also ask you to leave your veterinary information to cover any further medical needs that your dog may have while you are away.

Will my dog have playtime while being boarded?
Yes! Your dog will have plenty of exercise depending on his level of fitness and comfort.

Can I bring my dogs toys?
Yes! We limit the toys to 2 of your dogs favorite items. We also welcome you to bring his favorite blanket or bed so he has a little bit of home here to ease any stress.
